What jurisdictions do we practice in?
We practice Canadian law from Alberta, Canada, with rights of appearance in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Prince Edward Island. Members of the firm are also qualified in the United Kingdom as Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and in the Cayman Islands as Attorneys-at-Law, however we do not actively practice in those jurisdictions.

Our firm is very familiar with managing multi-jurisdictional matters of all kinds, and we have connections with law firms, corporate service providers and trustees in all major financial centers, and in all major offshore jurisdictions.
